HAPPY NEW YEAR!
2024 FEBRUARY LUNCHEON

     The February Luncheon  had 72 members and friends come together for the first luncheon of 2024.   We wished those members with a birthday in February & March a very happy birthday.  We had several guests as well as two new members.  The 50/50 Raffle was held after the conclusion of the business meeting to allow adequate time for our speaker (Connie Martin) to present her presentation.  The Lincoln Inn served a delicious buffet meal, followed by sherbet for dessert. Connie's presentation was extremely informative--she spoke about how her family was involved with the underground railroad and the quilts that directed slaves heading to Canada. She also had a display of books related to the Underground Railroad & Quilts.
