The December luncheon became a "Lunch on the Go"... although the air was chilly we had a very successful event. Joanie Lum from Fox News 32 visited prior to the start and interviewed Santa(Dick) and his elves (Jim, Linda, Yvonne, Meg)... her segment appeared on the 5:40 am, 6:40 am and Noon news shows...
At our December luncheon each year, members would donate coats, mittens, hats, socks & scarves and cash...today was no exception! The 50/50 Raffle would benefit our scholarship. $2,400 was donated to benefit both causes. Thank you AARTA members, family and friends. We also thank George and staff(Gaslite Manor) for the delicious choice of meals - roast pork, Greek chicken and fettuccine Alfredo.
